MARKETING OPERATIONS & AI
Marketing infrastructure,
built in your accounts.
Reporting, attribution and optimisation systems, built and documented in your own accounts.
AI systems embedded in daily marketing operations.
Reporting, research, testing and optimisation run on systems deployed inside your operation. Reports arrive without anyone pulling them, and your team spends its time on the decisions.
We build and maintain our own infrastructure, the Native Marketing Platform, and deploy the systems it runs inside client operations.

How an engagement runs
Assessment
Tool stack audit, data infrastructure evaluation, use case prioritisation, and honest ROI modelling of what AI will and won’t improve in your operation.
Foundation
Intelligence layer deployed, data integration complete, self-service access live for your team. Reporting runs from the new layer.
Infrastructure
Multi-agent architecture, knowledge system build across your documents and campaign history, routing framework, optimisation testing.
Scale
Expansion to additional channels and markets, agent behaviour refinement, further cost optimisation, operational documentation and maintenance procedures.
Transfer
Operational control handed over, maintenance documented, advisory relationship rather than execution. Systems continue running.
What we build
Marketing intelligence layer
- Automated integration across GA4, Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, email and CRM into a single reporting environment that refreshes daily without manual intervention. Non-technical teams query it directly. What changes: reporting refreshes daily without anyone building it, and decisions are made against current data.
Knowledge and document infrastructure
- Thousands of documents, including campaign history, research, strategic plans and performance data, indexed and retrievable in one place. What changes: fast recall of historical performance, and organisational memory that survives team turnover.
Autonomous agents and optimisation
- Coordinated agents handle research, content variation, distribution, measurement and optimisation in parallel, with routing that assigns each task to the appropriate model. Agents recommend budget changes from performance signals and people approve them before they are applied, testing runs continuously across channels, and anomalies are flagged as they happen. What changes: optimisation cycles move from monthly to continuous.
On the technology itself
We use frontier-class models for strategic analysis, high-throughput models for structured processing, and automatic routing between them, so each task runs on a model matched to it.
Deployment is cloud or on-premise depending on your data residency requirements, and the architecture is API-first so it integrates with what you already run.
Model versions change every few months, so the infrastructure is built to switch between them.
Before transfer, we agree who maintains each system and document its operating procedures, access and maintenance.
Common questions
01How is our data handled?
Before deployment, we document where your data is processed and which services are used. Every AI-influenced decision is logged and reviewable, and changes to budgets and live campaigns are approved by people before they are applied. Outputs are grounded in your own documents, low-confidence responses are flagged, and monitoring catches drift. GDPR, CCPA and residency requirements are part of the design.
02What does it cost to run?
During assessment, we estimate hosting and model costs and agree usage limits and cost monitoring before deployment.
03How do you work out the return?
We model it against your actual numbers during assessment: BI platform costs checked against your current invoices, reporting time measured against your current workload, and decision speed, which shows up as better allocation rather than a line item. If the modelling doesn’t support the investment, we’ll tell you at that stage.
04What happens when the engagement ends?
Every system is documented for internal maintenance, and transfer is a defined phase of the engagement. Operational control is handed over and the systems keep running in your accounts.
