AIDC Overseer

What it is

AIDC Overseer is the internal reporting application built and operated by AI Digital Consulting. It connects to the advertising and analytics platforms of accounts we manage and automatically produces performance reports and dashboards for those account owners and our internal account teams.

What it does with Google services

With the account holder’s explicit authorisation via Google’s OAuth 2.0 consent flow, the application:

• Reads advertising performance data (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, campaign status) from Google Ads accounts we manage, via the Google Ads API
• Reads website analytics and conversion events from linked Google Analytics 4 properties, via the Google Analytics Data API

Access is read-only in practice: the application does not create, edit, or delete campaigns through these connections, and does not access any other Google services or personal data.

Data handling

Data retrieved from Google APIs is used solely to generate performance reports for the authorising account’s owner. It is not used for advertising targeting or profiling, is never sold, and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver reporting to the account owner. Our use of Google API data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full details are in our Privacy Policy (section 13) and Terms of Service.

Revoking access

Authorisation can be withdrawn at any time via Google Account permissions, which immediately disables the application’s access to that account.
