FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How our engagements
actually work.

Pricing, timelines, capacity, and what happens if it isn’t working.

01

How do you run an engagement?

We take ownership of the strategy and are accountable for the commercial outcome. We agree your scope and twelve-month roadmap before ongoing delivery starts, run the work on our Native Marketing Platform, and price it as a fixed monthly fee.

02

What’s in the client portal?

Live task tracking, campaign performance dashboards, your monthly priorities, all deliverables and reports, and direct communication. Access is for your whole team, not a single named contact.

03

What’s included in the initial audit?

A review of your current position: technical SEO health, paid media efficiency, tracking and attribution accuracy, and competitive positioning. You keep the findings regardless of what you decide.

04

How does pricing work?

A fixed monthly fee against defined scope. No percentage of media spend, no platform markup, no surprise invoices. The figure is agreed before we start and changes only if we jointly agree to expand scope.

05

Why don’t you charge on media spend?

Because it creates an incentive to recommend spending more. A significant part of our value has historically been telling clients to spend less in places they were over-invested. We’d rather not have to argue against our own fee structure to do that.

06

What size of business do you work with?

The common requirement is an established revenue base and readiness to invest properly, rather than a particular headcount or turnover. We’ve run enterprise budgets and growth-stage accounts.

07

How long before we see results?

It depends where you’re starting. Paid media improvements often show within weeks. Organic and content work typically takes three to six months for meaningful impact. Your roadmap sets realistic timelines by workstream, and we report against them rather than against whatever looks best that month.

08

How many clients do you take on?

A deliberately small number. If we’re at capacity we’ll say so rather than stretch, and we’ll tell you when we expect availability.

09

What happens if it isn’t working?

The agreed milestones give both of us a standard to measure against, reviewed quarterly. If we’re behind, that conversation happens in the review rather than at renewal.

10

Do you guarantee results?

No. A number promised before we’ve seen your historical data and margin structure wouldn’t mean anything. We set improvement targets against your baseline and report against them.

11

How do we know the work is actually being done?

Your client portal shows live task tracking, current work, completed work and what’s next, along with every deliverable and report. It’s open to your whole team whenever you want it.

12

Will you report on leads and revenue, or on clicks and impressions?

Leads, revenue and margin come first: revenue ROAS alongside contribution margin after advertising costs, cost per acquisition, conversion rate and customer lifetime value. Quality Score, click-through rate, impressions and awareness measures sit underneath as secondary signals.

13

Can you work alongside our in-house team or another agency?

Yes. Full management, strategic oversight with internal execution, single-channel ownership, or an audit. Clear ownership matters more than the model.

14

Who will actually work on our account?

The person who scoped your engagement runs it, every week, supported by the Native Marketing Platform.

15

What happens in the first month?

The first weeks are an audit of your campaigns, tracking and performance. It informs the strategy and roadmap, which we agree with you before ongoing delivery starts.

16

How do you use AI in the work?

The Native Marketing Platform handles the slow work: daily reporting, account checks, audit assembly, research, first drafts and QA. People decide what your budget is spent on, review anything you read or sign, and make every recommendation.
