ABOUT
A consultancy built on fifteen years
inside enterprise marketing.
AIDC exists because the operating discipline enterprise marketing teams take for granted rarely reaches the businesses that would benefit most from it.
Not because those businesses can’t handle it.
Proper attribution, live reporting, annual planning, decisions defensible in a finance review. None of that is exotic. It simply required overhead that smaller businesses couldn’t justify.
We built the infrastructure to change that equation, and we run it ourselves.

Fifteen years in enterprise marketing
Across UK, US and EMEA, spanning multi-market operations, performance at scale, and marketing infrastructure. Work for Levi’s, American Standard, GROHE and Harvey’s sits behind the case studies on this site.
Why AIDC exists
Founded to apply that discipline to a smaller portfolio of clients, with more of it visible to them.
Systems still running
The forecasting system built for Levi’s ran for four years after the engagement ended. That is the standard the infrastructure practice is held to.
How we work
Clarity over complexity
If we can’t explain a recommendation in plain terms, we don’t understand it well enough to make it. Complexity in marketing reporting is usually a symptom, not a sign of rigour.
Outcomes over activity
We’re not paid for volume of work. Some of our most valuable recommendations have reduced what a client was doing. Fixed-scope pricing exists so that staying busy is never in our interest.
Visibility as standard
Every client has portal access from day one. The roadmap is agreed before the engagement starts. There’s no version of our reporting that clients don’t see, because there’s nothing worth building that they shouldn’t.
How we’re structured
We run a deliberately small portfolio. Every engagement is led by the person who scoped it, supported by systems we built and maintain ourselves.
That’s a constraint as much as a selling point. It means we take on a limited number of clients, and we say no more often than we say yes.
